1、Power supply
When the engine starts, the ignition system is powered by the battery. 3、Distributor

4、Ignition coil
It consists of a low-voltage control winding (primary working coil), a high-voltage winding (secondary coil), a housing and an additional resistor. Ignition coil is a no DC system pulse through the transformer, it will affect the battery or generator low voltage electrical material into 15-20kV high voltage electricity.
An additional resistor is mounted on the outside of the ignition coil housing between the insulated “switch +” and “switch” terminals. Additional resistor can improve the working characteristics of the ignition system, which is made of iron and aluminum alloy wire, with a rapid increase in resistance value when the temperature rises, the resistance value decreases rapidly when the temperature drops.
5、Ignition switch
Its function is to control the work of forklift ignition system, the ignition system is integrated with the starter switch, called ignition starter switch. Contact ignition switch, when the engine drives the distributor to rotate, it will produce high voltage electricity, and produce electric spark in the cylinder; cut off the ignition switch, the engine will not produce spark and flameout.
